Mr. R.K. Naroola
R K Naroola had a distinguished academic career with distinctions in both, the Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees. He has 36 years of experience in Indian industry with specialisation in laws relating to mining, ports, power, infrastructure, environment, banking, labour laws and industrial relations. During this time he has been involved in setting up of companies and Joint Ventures both in India and abroad. He has acquired highly specialised experience in Collaborations, Joint Ventures, Banking, Industrial Relations, Labour Law, International Financial Institutions, Foreign Trade, Contract Law and Negotiations. Mr. Naroola is also a Certificated Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and Life Member of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Besides, he is a Life Member of the Indian Council of Arbitration and Member of the SCBA and HCBA.
Ruma Mukerji
Finance Leader
Ruma Mukerji serves as the Managing Director and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at ETS, the world’s largest private educational assessment organization. Prior to joining ETS, Ruma held various finance leadership roles across FP&A, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Investor Relations, Equity Research, and M&A at global corporations such as Stanley Black & Decker, PepsiCo, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Lazard.
After completing her BA (Honors) in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi, Ruma followed her mother’s footsteps and pursued an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies. In addition, Ruma is a CFA® charter-holder from CFA Institute.
Having spent her childhood in Delhi and early professional career in New York City, Ruma now lives in Princeton, New Jersey with her husband, Amitava Sarkar, and their two sons. In their free time, Amitava and Ruma enjoy traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, and cheering on their children at sporting events.
Mr. Udayan Mukerji

Udayan Mukerji retired from the Indian Police Service after more than three decades of service. During his career, Udayan Mukerji functioned at various levels and garnered immense experience as well as thoroughgoing expertise in areas dealing variously with homeland security, the security of Indian Missions abroad, internal security, communications security and investigations into security deficiencies.
He is the recipient of the prestigious Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Service and the President’s Medal for Distinguished Service. Udayan Mukerji is a Member of the Supreme Court Bar Association and has handled litigation/ legal counselling in diverse areas including criminal matters, torts, writ petitions under the Chapter on Fundamental Rights in the Constitution and contracts.
CA Praveen Kumar Katyal
CA Praveen Kumar Katyal is a practising chartered accountant in New Delhi having professional experience of more than four decades . He was born and brought up in Delhi and graduated from Delhi University . He did his LLB. and obtained the membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1982 .
He has been associated with his mentor Smt. Rita Mukerji for more than two decades and learned the way the life should be lived by being courteous and philanthropic.

Shantanu Mukerji serves as a leading investment professional with over 23 years of investing and operational experience across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Managing Director for Gulf Capital in Singapore, he leads consumer sector investments and facilitates key investor relationships across Asia-Pacific. Shantanu’s expertise spans a broad array of areas including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and post-investment value creation.
Shantanu also holds an Investment Committee Member role at Alkemi Growth Capital, focusing on the healthcare and consumer wellness industry.
Shantanu began his Private Equity career with L Catterton Asia, a leading consumer focused private equity firm where he rose to become a Partner. Before Private Equity, Shantanu has had extensive background in consumer businesses. He has led businesses and teams at Zegna (leading luxury men’s apparel), LVMH (Watches and Jewellery) and Nike (Sporting Goods) where he contributed to corporate growth and market expansion.
Shantanu’s academic credentials include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an avid tennis player and enjoys Hollywood movies.
Shantanu has been based in Singapore for 23 years. During weekends he particularly enjoys watching movies and swimming with his two daughters.
